| Video Discription | If Your office is around 15 to 20 km ,it is allowed to travel by bus.If you are worried by jerks ,it is fine .The baby is in a bag of water which generally absorbs all the jerks.While you are travelling by bus make sure you are carrying something to eat.And don't stand for a long time if you don't find a seat.Because the blood starts to pool into your legs and very soon dizziness can come.So keep on shuffling your legs.so that blood keeps on circulating and BP will not fall.Now for long distances like 300 to 400 km ,better to take a car or train.In bus rest rooms will be difficult to find and you will be confined to your seat.You can also have a back ache.So for long distances take a Train or car. |
